Warren J. Dekker, aged 91, formerly of Lowell, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, January 17, 2011 in Ocala, FL. He was born September 21, 1919. Warren served his Country in WWII and was a former Supervisor for the City of Grand Rapids Garage Dept. He was preceded in death by sons Jerry, Victor and granddaughters Vicki and Dawn. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, 91, of Ocala, Fl.; children, Roger Unger, Rick Dekker (Antoinette), Judy Lords (Orland), & Sharon Dekker; as well as grandchildren Rick Nelson (Renee), Cory Unger, John VanDenBerg, Greg VanDenBerg (Angela), Sheri Morehouse, Mathew Lords,  Kim Miller (Jim), Ross Houdek (Sandy), Ann DeWys (Ted), Rhonda Aldrich (Chris), Theresa Unger, Darcy Dekker, Brenda Maynard (Stephan), Renee Deckrow (Arron), Jennifer Collison (William), Stephanie Miller (Jason), Shane Dekker, and many great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. The family is having a memorial service at the Grace Evangelical Free Church, 4714 13 Mile Rd. Rockford, MI (corner of 13 Mile and Northland Dr.), on Saturday January 22 at 1 p.m. Luncheon will immediately follow service.
