Cedar Rock Café

Area residents have another new restaurant to try out in the Cedar Rock area. The Cedar Rock Café, owned by Joe and Diane Seyferth, and Karri Creveling, recently opened its doors at 4615 14 Mile Road, next door to Hair Taylors.

They offer a traditional breakfast and lunch menu, and some trendy items such as various flavors of cheesecake stuffed French toast, and Panini sandwiches with their own homemade Cedar chips (hot and fresh homemade potato chips). They also offer the “mug club” to regular customers. Bring in your own coffee mug and leave it, grab it the next time you come in, and coffee will only be 99 cents.

The owners bring 50 years of combined restaurant experience to customers. “Our philosophy is quality food and great customer service,” they said.

They hope to grow with the Cedar Rock community, and become a place people return to, where customers feel more like friends stopping by to visit.

The restaurant is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week. Call 696-0150 for more information. You can find daily specials on facebook by searching for cedar rock café, or visit them at their website at www.cedarrockcafe.com. You may also email them at cedarrockcafe@live.com.
