According to police, Richard Lee Wymer, 70, was last in 7000 block of 10th Ave, in Wheatland Township, Remus, Michigan.

Wymer left around 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning, in his 2000 Suburban, and traveled northbound from his residence towards M-20. The vehicle is a gun metal gray-colored suburban, with some rust. Body of missing woman found

Heidi Lynn Lockard

The body of a missing Sparta woman was found face down in a creek Wednesday afternoon by a fisherman.

Sparta police had been searching for Heidi Lynn Lockard, 46 since Tuesday evening, March 6. She had last been seen walking northbound from a convenience store in town during the early evening. The store clerk knew Lockard, and reported to police that she appeared incoherent, unsteady and clearly not her normal self. Lockard was on pain medications for a medical condition and police suspect she may have become disoriented. Foul play is not suspected.

Officers and K-9 units had checked the area where she was last seen, and the track led to an apartment where Lockard used to live long ago. The apartment and several other places in the vicinity were checked but the track was lost from there. There was no sign of her until the fisherman spotted the body about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near Division and Chary Lane. An autopsy will be done to try to determine the cause of death.
