Cedar Springs Fire Light Parade

It was 20 years ago that 9/11 shook the world, and our own Cedar Springs Fire Department is hosting a nighttime light parade next week to honor those amazing heroes who put their lives on the line that day, and those who do it each and every day for us as well.

The parade, consisting of firefighters, police, and other emergency vehicles, will begin after the Cedar Springs High School Varsity football game.
Staging will take place at Cedar Trails Elementary beginning at 9 p.m. Fire, ambulances, police, and rescue vehicles welcome. No POV’s.

The parade will begin at 9:30 p.m. sharp rain or shine.

The first loop will be silent, with just lights. The second will be with lights and sirens. It will end back at Main and Muskegon Streets.
