Girl Scouts hold mitten drive

Cedar Springs Girl Scout Troops 4815 and 8199 wanted to give back their community during this holiday season. The girls decided to organize a mitten drive in the month of December. Coats, hats, scarfs, gloves and mittens were collected and donated to the Cedar Springs Public Schools’ homeless student program, which serves dozens of families in the district.
