The Cherry Health/Cedar Springs School Health Center is now scheduling appointments for sports physicals. Please call them at 696-3470 to make an appointment.

The Health Center is open year round Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Services are provided regardless of ability to pay and no money is needed at the time of visit. However, services may be billed to insurance when possible, so please have your insurance or Medicaid card available.

Sports physicals are also being offered at White Pine Family Medicine on Thursday, July 27 and Thursday, August 3 from 5-7pm. Cost is $20. No appointment necessary.
