Charity Hockey game

 

The 20th annual Kent Area Law Enforcement Old Time hockey game will be held on Saturday, March 19, at The Southside Ice Arena, 566 100th Street SW, in Byron Center, Michigan, ΒΌ mile west of US131. The longest running hockey game in Michigan, which is put on by the Byron Community Wellness Foundation, features law enforcement against the hockey coaches, and this year benefits the Make-A-Wish foundation.

It opens at 2 p.m. with face painting and balloons, the hockey game is at 3 p.m., and open skate follows the game. There will be free pizza, kids activities, prizes and other entertainment. Donations to the Byron Community Wellness Foundation are tax deductible.
