Missing Man FOUND

William Louck, an 84-year-old Alzheimer’s patient, went missing from his Solon Township home Monday, November 9.

UPDATE 11/10: The missing man from Solon Township has been found and returned safely to his family. William Louck, 84, was found early Tuesday morning, about 4 a.m., by Calhoun County Sheriff Deputies, after his car ran out of gas, in Pennfield Township.

ORIGINAL STORY: Police are searching for a man who has gone missing from his Solon Township home.

According to the Kent County Sheriff Department, William Clyde Louck, 84, has Alzheimers and was last seen at his home at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, in the area of 17 Mile Rd NE and US-131. He doesn’t normally drive at night and it is believed that he left his home sometime Monday, November 9.

Police said Mr. Louck moved from Manistee to his Solon Township home this past June and it is unknown if he would drive back to the Manistee area. He is believed to be driving a silver 2009 Toyota Tacoma Quad Cab pick up truck, with Michigan license plate (CJJ-1743). Mr. Louck is described as a white male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, 190 pounds, gray hair, gray beard, and wears eyeglasses.

The Kent County Sheriff’s Office requests that anyone with information on Mr. Louck’s whereabouts to contact The Kent County Sheriff’s Office at (616) 336-3113.
