Cedar Springs at snow day limit

On Monday, February 17, Cedar Springs Superintendent Ron McDermed sent out an email letting people know the district is at its limit on snow days.

“As you are no doubt aware we have had six snow days so far this year. The State allows us six days so right now we are fine and not in need of adding make-up days. Any snow or inclement days added between now and the end of the school year will have to be made up. Our calendar does have May 23rd as a built in snow day, so that would be the first day we would add if needed. Any days beyond one additional would be added in June.”
