Anna Carter, a 7th grader at Cedar Springs Middle School recently participated in the 2013 Miss Jr. Teen Pageant. Although she did not qualify to move up to the national competition, she was grateful for the experience and thoroughly enjoyed herself! She felt the pageant helped her gain confidence in interviewing, public speaking and poise. Anna would like to thank her sponsors who helped make this happen. Anna’s parents, Craig and Michelle Carter, would like to thank God for the young woman He is molding Anna into and let her know how proud they are of her dedication, determination and courage.
