Johanna Nederhood, 4, the daughter of Tom and Monica Nederhood of Cedar Springs, is having fun making a snow angel.

It may have been a pain for parents and motorists, but kids across the area got a treat earlier this week when several inches of snow fell across West Michigan, with the main brunt of the storm to the south and north of us.
