TOPS weight loss support group
Tuesdays: Take off pounds sensibly (TOPS), a non-profit weight loss support group for men and women, meets every Tuesday at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Your first visit is free so come check out what TOPS can do to help you reach your weight loss goals! Exercise 8-8:30am (optional), weigh-ins from 8:30am – 9am and the meeting starts at 9:15am. Now: Rocket Football sign ups being accepted now for ages 8-14 as well as middle school football. $50 registration fee per child includes game pants and jersey. Fundraiser for Sled Wings
Aug. 5: A fundraiser for Sled Wings Hockey Team (handicap hockey) will be held on Friday August 5 from 2 – 8 pm at Family Video on the corner of Main and Muskegon. There will be llamas for petting, hot dogs, chips, and snow cones for sale. #31
Cedar Springs Youth Football Camp
Aug. 6: Cost is $35 per child and includes T-shirt and snack. Camp is from 8am – 12pm and is open to all boys and girls ages 8-14. Camp will be run by Cedar Springs high school players and coaches. Miles for Myeloma Aloha Kakou Walk-A-Thon
Aug. 13: Please join us in our very first walkathon to benefit the International Myeloma Foundation and establishing the David N Schaap Myeloma Foundation Scholarship on Saturday, August 13 9am-3pm. Cedar Springs Rocket Cheer Camp
Aug. 13: Cedar Springs Rocket Cheer Camp will be August 13th at CSMS from 9am until noon for ages 3rd thru 8th grade. We will also be taking registrations for the Rocket Season at camp as well. This will be the last day for rocket registrations. Blessing of the Bikes
Aug. 13: Holy Spirit Episcopal Church of Belmont will host a Mid-Summer Blessing of the Bikes by the Rev. David Meyers, Vicar of Holy Spirit, on Saturday, August 13.
