At Chippewa Hills, wrestlers took a total of six first place finishes out of eight placers.  First place finishers were Tacho Gonzales, Reese Gonzales, Ryan Ringler, Allexis Gonzales, Jordan Ringler, and George Gonzales Jr.  Logan Hull took second and Fred Rutledge took third in their divisions.

On Sunday, February 13, wrestlers competed in three tournaments. Landon Demorest traveled to Schoolcraft where he took first in the 5/6 year old at 37lbs.  A second tournament was hosted at Ionia High school: placers in the 5/6 year group were Cody Averill 37lbs/2nd and Maston Wood 58lbs/1st.  In the 7/8 year group were Aaron Smith 71lbs/3rd and Ryan Ringler 85lbs/3rd.  Jordan Ringler took first in the 11/12 year group at 70lbs.

The third tournament was held at Central Montcalm where there were a total of seven top placers.  At the time of this article the exact results were not available, but placers were Aiden Bouwens, Jayden Herroon, Trentyn Roelofs, Michael Korody, Fred Rutledge, Tylor Carter, and Jeremy Wildfong. As winter wears on, be sure that these wrestlers will continue competing and winning.
