Jeremy Laatz

Jeremy Charles Laatz, a soldier with Alpha Troop 1-126th Cavalry was promoted from the rank of Private First Class to the rank of Specialist. This promotion was awarded to him on Saturday, October 23, 2010, while attending his drill weekend in Cadillac, MI.

Specialist (SPC) Laatz has been a member of the Michigan National Guard for 3 years. His current military position is a 19D Cavalry Scout. He is currently a vehicle driver for Third Platoon under the direct supervision of his Platoon Leader 2nd Lieutenant Daniel Hedger.

A graduate of Cedar Springs High School in 2006; SPC Laatz is currently living in Cedar Springs, MI with his parents Pam and Ken Laatz.
