These students at Cedar Trails are ready for their first day of school.

It was a long, hot summer. But probably not long enough for many of the kids that boarded the bus and headed back to school this week. Cedar Springs Public Schools and other schools around the area returned to school Tuesday, after the Labor Day weekend. Although classes just started, many of the sports teams have been playing for several weeks. To see how some of them are doing, check out this weeks sports stories.
