Traveling Zoo visits Spencer Library

Children of all ages are soaking up summer fun at their local libraries this year. John Ball’s Traveling Zoo visited the KDL Spencer Township Library during a Summer Reading Program event, on Tuesday, July 6. Kids had a chance to see and learn about live animals such as a rooster, porcupine and snake.

The KDL summer reading program, “Make a Splash” started June 14 and continues through August 7. It is open to children from birth to grade 5, all reading levels and pre-readers. To find out more information, visit your local KDL branch or log on to www.kdl.org.
