A two-vehicle accident slowed traffic for a while Tuesday evening, December 22, on 14 Mile Road as residents traveled to Greenville to do some last minute shopping.
According to the Rockford State Police, a man driving a truck southbound on Ramsdell failed to stop at the stop sign at 14 Mile and hit a westbound car. A mother and daughter were in the car, and one reportedly suffered a broken arm. There were no major injuries.
Courtland Fire and Rescue and Rockford Ambulance assisted at the scene.
