Cedar Springs Varsity wrestlers have had impressive run so far this season.

They started out on Wednesday, Dec 3, with a quad conference meet at Wayland. They defeated Wayland 48–29 and then hung on to a 38-32 win over Byron Center.

On December 5, the team traveled to Big Rapids for an invitational tournament where they placed third overall. The team gave up the first round to Jenison and then lost to Sparta by 3 points. The Hawks came alive and reigned over Tri-County and Big Rapids, defeating Big Rapids with an 84-0 score, as every Red Hawk wrestler pinned their opponent!

This past Saturday they battled it out at the Tri-County Invitational defeating Calvin Christian and Belding to once again take third place.
The Hawks will attend an invitational in Freeland, Michigan this Saturday, December 19.
