Brian Buffum, a 2009 graduate of Cedar Springs High School, might want to think about buying a lottery ticket. Twice this month he’s gotten two good size bucks, while hunting on 30 acres in Rockford.

He shot the first buck on October 1, and the second on October 11. The first was a 10-point, with a 17-1/4 inch inside spread (pictured above); the second was an 8-point, with an 18-inch spread (pictured right). It weighed 235 pounds.

Brian is the son of Paul and Laura Buffum, of Rockford.
