ALTON and IRENE WHITE

In loving memory of our dear father, Alton White, who passed away 48 years ago on June 14, 1965 and our dear mother, Irene White, who passed away 38 years ago on July 10, 1975.

To hear your voice, to see you smile,

To sit with you and talk awhile,

To be together in the same old way,

Would be our dearest wish today.

Over the rainbow

Last week the Post ran a photo of the rainbow that splashed across the sky while we were under a tornado warning April 26. But the photo that D.M. White brought in this week shows the rainbow in much more vivid color. The photo was taken on Pine Lake Road, in Courtland Township, by D.M.’s neighbor, Rich Ruugi. Thanks, D.M. and Rich!
