Cedar Springs tennis player junior Morgan French defeated both Fruitport and Ludington at 4 Singles at the Fruitport Invitational last Saturday, April 24.  

Morgan lost in a tough match with Whitehall to secure first place for 4 Singles.  

Overall, Cedar faced tough competition at the tournament, but played some great tennis.  The tournament places were:

1st Place   Whitehall

2nd Place Fruitport

3rd Place Ludington

4th Place Cedar Springs

Their next home match will be May 5 when they face Kenowa Hills.
