Volunteers are needed to act in this year’s stage production of “The Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. We are looking for at least 20 actors (men, women, teens, boys and girls) between the ages of 10 and up to fill roles.  Will have to do some singing (but don’t let this stop you!) This year’s production will be performed on Friday, Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 10 with a matinee performance at 2 p.m. followed by the evening’s show at 7:30 p.m.  Rehearsals will start Nov. 7.
If interested, please come to auditions on Monday and/or Tuesday evenings, Sept. 26 and 27 at the Kent Theatre, downtown Cedar Springs. Tryouts start at 7 p.m. Will also need volunteers to handle publicity, set painting, lighting and sound, and stage management. If you can’t attend auditions but would like to be considered for a role or to fill any of the other production positions, please call Terri at 616-696-0949 and leave message or text at 231-282-0812.
