Bonnie E. Karasinski, age 71, of Cedar Springs, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Bonnie was the second of ten children born to Andrew and Ardith Karasinski on June 6, 1947. She attended White Dove Elementary School, prior to attending and graduating from Cedar Springs Public Schools. Bonnie had a love of learning and continued her education at Davenport College where she earned a degree in business accounting. After college, Bonnie was employed in the accounting department at Meijer Inc. and later at Amway Distributing. Bonnie was the sweetest, most inspiring, kindhearted, and caring daughter, sister, aunt and friend anyone could hope to have. Through her unbreakable bond with her siblings, Bonnie will be forever in our hearts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Ardith Karasinski; sister, Linda Trethewey; and brother-in-law, James Dunn. Bonnie is survived in life and lovingly remembered by sisters Susan Dunn, Barbara Norman, Shirley (Don) Wittingen, Julia Leshinsky and Mary (Ron) Krick; and brothers Michael (Janice) Karasinski, Patrick (Karen) Karasinski and Charles (Diane) Karasinski; brother-in-law Brian Trethewey; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Mary Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, 1 W Maple St, Sand Lake, MI 49343, with Fr. Lam T. Le presiding. There will be visitation time with the family from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to Mass at church.  The Praying of the Rosary will be at 10:45 a.m. prior to Mass. Those wishing to make memorial donations in Bonnie‚Äôs name may contribute to the American Diabetes Association, 4800 E Huron River Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 or to a charity of your choice.
