Lose weight sensibly with TOPS

Mar. 5: Take off pounds sensibly (TOPS), a non-profit weight loss support group for men and women, meets every Tuesday at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Your first visit is free so come check out what TOPS can do to help you reach your weigh loss goals! Weigh-ins 8:15-9am, meeting starts at 9:15am. In case of inclement weather, meetings are cancelled if Tri-County or Cedar Springs schools are closed. Call Martha at 696-1039 for more information. #12

New KDL Lab Experience: Cardboard Creations

FREE UFOlogy Classes

Mar. 31: Dr. Ron Pleune will be offering a FREE 9 week power-point series on UFOlogy and the Billy Meier Contactee story beginning March 31.  Topics will cover alien visitations, spaceship technology, history of the earth, abductions, the human spirit, Bermuda Triangle, Mt. Shasta, Easter Island, Germany‚Äôs UFO program, energy/time and space, pyramids, alien glass and metal, where different races came from, time travel and much more including how you can contact UFO! Spring Break Camp at HCNC

Apr. 1-5: A fun filled week of indoor and outdoor activities. Archery, archeology, Capture the Flag, and survival skills are just a few of the offerings. Last year we had snow, so they snowshoed! Two instructors on site each day. April 1-5 from 10 am to 2 pm. $8 per day. Check online for the daily schedule. Howard Christensen Nature Center, 16190 Red Pine Dr., Kent City, requests preregistration to all events and is required for a select few. Preregistering allows us to ensure enough supplies for all attendees. Likewise, events with no one preregistered are subject to cancellation.
