When their older daughter, Beverly, married Gerald Schaap, it was on October 5, 1962. Their younger daughter, Patricia (Pat) married Michael (Mike) Smith on February 25, 1966. Verita’s first grandchild, David N. Schaap, was born on October 5, 1964.
