Friends and family are invited to join us as we celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of Bruce and Myrna Chapman on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Village of Pierson Hall, 109 Grand St., Pierson, MI. Hosted by their children and grandchildren. Your presence is a gift, we expect no others.
Bruce and Myrna’s children are Beverly (Murdock) Boring of Sand Lake, Gordon (Donna) Chapman of Lyons, Dean Chapman (deceased), daughter-in-law Vicki (Tom) Wysocki of Sparta, Belinda (Michael) Sanderson of Cedar Springs, and they are blessed with 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Fifty years of matrimony were observed June 11, by Gary and Sandy Brooks of Cedar Springs. This golden anniversary will be honored by their proud children and family on August 7 with an open house for friends, family and neighbors. The open house will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Cedar Field Community Building, 3592 17 Mile Road in Cedar Springs.

25th Wedding Anniversary

Tom and Sara Thornton of Sand Lake will celebrate 25 years of marriage. Children are Thomas, Austin and Judson, and grandson Carson. They will celebrate by attending the NCAA Sweet 16 Midwest Regional basketball games in St. Louis, MO. Looking forward to a great Good Friday! Go Green! Go White! Go State!

Long time Cedar Springs residents Carol and Larrie Robinson celebrated 50 years of marriage on February 19, 2010. Children of the couple are Sandy of Cedar Springs, Scott of Detroit, Shelly of Nashville, TN and Tim of Wyoming, MI. A family dinner is planned along with a celebration this summer.

Lyle and Gwendolyn Perry, of Cedar Springs, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on October 28, 2009. The couple’s children are Lyle Perry III, Lizabeth Perry Boe, Lenn Perry, Lee Perry (deceased), and Lonn Perry. The couple have 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A celebration in their honor was held on Oct. 10, 2009 at Holly’s Landing.

John and Barb Wiles will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary September 23rd.
