theTable Meals at The Springs Church

May 12,19,26: Meals are served every Thursday fom 5:30 to 6:30 pm at The Springs Church on the corner of Oak and Grant. All are welcome to theTable to enjoy this free meal that is being shared with us! #tfn

Mobile Food Pantry

May 16: The Mobile Food Pantry will be in Cedar Springs on Monday, May 16th at the Cedar Springs Fire Station, 38 N. Second St. Drive Thru: Registration begins at 4:30. At 5 pm, cars will drive up by the tables and food boxes will be loaded in their vehicles. Free food and everyone is welcomed! #19

God’s Kitchen in Cedar Springs

May 17,24,31: Join us for dinner every Tuesday. God’s Kitchen – Cedar Springs welcomes families from Northern Kent County and the surrounding area to a Tuesday Evening Meal. No charge – no registration required!  Served from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the St. John Paul II Parish, 3110 – 17 Mile Rd., Cedar Springs. Blood Drive at CS Library

May 17: The Cedar Springs Public Library will be hosting a blood drive in their Community Room next Tuesday, May 17th with appointments available from 12:30-7pm. Rummage Sale at Sand Lake UMC

May 12-14: Annual Spring Rummage Sale at Sand Lake United Methodist Church. Thursday & Friday, May 12 & 13 from 9-5, Saturday, May 15 from 9-2. Come find your treasures. All proceeds go to youth and community programing. Accepting donations on Thursday, May 5 from 5:30-7:00pm and Saturday, May 7 from 10-6pm. #18,19

CSHS 50+ Reunion

May 14: The Cedar Springs High School 50+ Class Reunion will be held Saturday, May 14th at 11 am in the Cedar Springs High School Cafeteria. It is open to anyone who graduated from CSHS 50 or more years ago (1972 or earlier). The cost is $19.00 and reservations are required. Please email Jan Wallace janwall50@yahoo.com. #18,19

Sand Lake Museum Open

May 24: The Sand Lake Salisbuy Park Museum will be open Tuesday, May 24th from noon to 7 pm. The museum is open the fourth Tuesday of every month. #19,20

Sand Lake High School Alumni Banquet

June 11: The 130th Annual Sand Lake High School Alumni Banquet is Saturday, June 11th at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Open to anyone who attended Sand Lake Schools. Social hour at 4 pm with dinner at 5 pm. The cost of the meal is $20.00. Please RSVP by June 4th. Call your reservation in to: Dave Groner, 616-557-3098.
