Girls Golf

Jenna Powell

Jenna is natural leader and a talented golfer. She is not only committed to getting better herself but is also will and talented at helping others around her get better.

Boys XC

Jack Sherburn

Jack Sherburn joined our team as a part of a very promising group of freshmen this year. He quickly proved to be one of the most driven, detail oriented, passionate runners on our team. Regardless of who is watching, he’s a machine when it comes to putting in work. He is consistently eager to improve and is constructively critical with himself after workouts and races. Jack is as industrious as he is analytical. A budding leader in our program, I’m grateful to have him on our side for years to come.

Boys Soccer

Daniel Cole

Junior captain, Daniel Cole, brings his second season as a member of the varsity squad to a close recognized by the coaches of the OK Gold conference as an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection for the 2020 season. As a central midfielder, Dan is a crucial link between defense and attack, responsible for thwarting the opposition’s threat in the center of the pitch and helping to orchestrate the build-up phase of the team’s transition to attacking play. Dan is especially dangerous on the dribble, often making penetrating runs forward to unbalance the opposition and create goal-scoring opportunities. He finished the season as the second-leading scorer on the squad with four goals and two assists. For his achievements and superb play, Dan was awarded All-District honors. Dan’s competitiveness and will to win are unmatched, and his ability to spark the team into more concerted effort on the pitch make him the proverbial field-general, acting in many ways as a coach on the field. Dan is a great player – it’s as simple as that. He is strong, skillful, tenacious, and always gives his maximum. Dan’s discipline in training and desire to push himself and his teammates farther day after day inspires all of them to press on and follow his example.

Boys Tennis

Landon Kolodziej

Landon’s tenacity and competitive drive, is something to be applauded. He and his partner, Timothy Minnema, won most of their matches in a third set or a match tiebreaker. Landon would never give up and would compete until the last point was played. The sky is the limit next year, his senior season.
