Annual Winter Biggest Loser Challenge!
Jan. 8: The Cedar Springs Public Library is hosting our annual Winter Biggest Loser Challenge! The last day to sign up is Friday, January 8th, at the Library between 10am-6pm. This is an adult-only program and has a $10 registration fee, due at sign-up. Weigh-ins are weekly, either on Monday or Tuesday, at the Library during normal business hours. The program is 10 weeks long with the final weigh-in on March 16th. The Biggest Loser will win a Grand Prize of $100. Smaller prizes will be awarded, as well. #1
FREE Online Diabetes PATH Workshop
Jan. 12,13: Diabetes can cause serious complications like Diabetic retinopathy. Michigan State University is offering this FREE Diabetes workshop online. Diabetes PATH is a self-management workshop where you an learn tools and strategies to manage diabetes. There are two 6 week sessions available. Tuesdays from 1-3pm starting January 12th and Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30pm starting January 13th. You will need internet or data connection and a device with a camera and audio to participate.
