The Cedar Springs Boys tennis team had two matches last week and came out victorious in each of them.

On Monday, September 21, the Red Hawks travelled to Grand Rapids Ottawa Hills for a conference match.  Cedar Springs high school took the win 6-2.

Red Hawk notable matches:

3 Singles, Trevor Marshall, was down 4-5 in the first set and came back to win the match 7-5, 6-2.

4 Singles, Cole Harms, won 6-3, 6-1.

Walker Glyshaw, part of the Red Hawk #1 doubles team.

1 Doubles, Walker Glyshaw and Chase Moore, won 6-0, 6-0.

2 Doubles, Landon Kolodziej and Timothy Minnema won 6-0, 6-0.

On Wednesday, September 23, Cedar Springs played a conference match against Kenowa Hills high school. The Red Hawks came out on top 6-2.

Cedar Springs high school notable matches:

1 Singles, Ethan Plummer, won 6-2, 6-3.

2 Singles, Aricin Thompson, won 6-2, 6-1.

3 Singles, Trevor Marshall, won 6-0, 6-0.

4 Singles, Cole Harms, won 6-1, 6-1.

2 Doubles, Timothy Minnema and Landon Kolodziej, won 6-1, 6-2.

3 Doubles, Cole French and Owen Drake, won 6-1, 6-0.
