Celebrate Recovery

July 11,18,25: City Impact, 288 N. Main St. will be holding meetings every Thursday to Celebrate Recovery, a Christ centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, habbits or hangups of any kind. 6-6:30 pm – Meet & Greet, 6:30-8pm Celebrate Recovery. Michigan Blood Drive

July 16: A Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church located at 140 S Main Cedar Springs, MI 49319. The drive is will go from 12:30pm until 7pm.  To schedule an appointment visit https://donate.miblood.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/103964 A member of the Cedar Springs Women’s Club will be grilling hot dogs, passing out chips and drinks after each attempted donation! #28

Ensley Crime Watch 5K & Picnic

July 27: Ensley Crime Watch’s Annual 5K and Community Picnic will be held on Saturday, July 27th at Baptist Lake Park, 8810 Oak Drive, Sand Lake. All ages are welcome to join the fun! Pre-race registration forms for the 5K race and details of our annual event is available online at enlseytownship.org/crimewatch.htm. The race is Saturday, July 27th at 9 am (registration at 8 am). Race  fee is $20 (youth 13 and under $15) for early registration by July 12 (includes T-shirt) or $30 (youth $20) the day of the race (no T-shirt). The Picnic will start at 11:30 am. There is a small fee for the food. Special guests include Sand Lake Fire Department, Newaygo County Sherriff, SWAT vehicles, Marine Patrol and Dive team. All proceeds will be donated to the Sand Lake/Ensley Fire Department to purchase life saving equipment. For more information call Ensley Township Hall, 616-636-8510. #27,28p
