Praise the Lord at Cowboy Church

Jan. 13: 2nd Chance will be having Cowboy Church on Sunday, January 13 at 6 pm. It will be at 2nd Chance School at 810 – 17 Mile Rd. Cedar Springs (corner of 17 Mile and Olin Lakes Rd). We will be blessed with the musical talents of Sharon Parker, who will share her message through her music. Invite your family and friends. Cowboy Church will be every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. Each service will have different people sharing God’s word and music. Cowboy Church will introduce you to 2nd Chance and its vision. The school is in the building stage, which when completed, will teach troubled teens through God and the horse. If you have questions, call 616-293-2150. See you there! #2b

Michigan Blood Drive

Jan. 15: Michigan Blood Drive will be held Tuesday, January 15th at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church located at 140 S Main, Cedar Springs. The drive is will go from 12:30 pm until 7 pm. KDL Lab Experience: Cubelets, Robots in Disguise

Jan. 19: No heavy lifting required for these robots. Cubelets are robot blocks that connect together to create quirky little robots. Come and explore these bots to see what cool tricks and moves you can make the bots do by combining different cubes. For ages 6 and older. Valentine Craft Making Class

Feb. 1: Valentine Craft Making Class will be held on Friday, February 1st from 9am-Noon at the Cedar Springs Public Schools Administration. Participants will create up to 20 cards using stamp, punches, embellishments and more. These are a great way to send special notes over the holidays or attach with gifts. The course is $30 and includes most supplies. Please bring you own adhesive stickers and scissors. Registration deadline is January 24th and can be done through Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation. Forms are online at www.csaparksandrec.com or at their office in the CSPS Hilltop Building. #2,3b
