FX Peace

Mar. 3: Proving you care more about each other than winning an argument. Bring the whole family – we have something for everyone. Saturday, March 3rd at 3:30 pm at Rockford Res., 3233 – 10 Mile Rd., Rockford. Games, face painting, laser tag, ice cream. Remember the night – take a family picture in our FX photo booth. Then at 4:30 enter the auditorium for a show that will engage, encourage and entertain all ages. The FX team will teach a new character trait every month, that you can take and reinforce at home. TOPS weight loss support group

Mar. 6: Take off pounds sensibly (TOPS), a non-profit weight loss support group for men and women, meets every Tuesday at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Your first visit is free so come check out what TOPS can do to help you reach your weigh loss goals! Weigh-ins 8:15-9am, meeting starts at 9:15am. In case of inclement weather, meetings are cancelled if Tri-County or Cedar Springs schools are closed. Call Martha at 696-1039 for more information. #9

God’s Kitchen in Cedar Springs

Spring Break Camp at HCNC

Apr. 2-6: Who’s ready to have some learning fun as the Howard Christensen Nature Center preview is’s summer camp line-up in the spring? April 2-6 from 10 am to 2 pm. Campers will explore, explore, explore with this five-day extravaganza of nature, crafts, games and more. Monday will be all about team games and some capture the flag fun. Tuesday’s focus will center on archery and Native American crafts and games. Wednesday campers will focus their attention on animals and their habitats. Thursday is science experiment day and then, of course, survival skill Friday. Join Miss Jen in the outside world of Howard Christensen Nature Center this spring break!
