Algoma Christian School Auction

Oct. 28: Algoma Christian School, 14471 Sparta Ave., Kent City, is hosting our annual auction on Saturday, October 28th. The Silent Auction will begin at 4:30 pm and the Live at 6 pm. Cedar Springs Halloween Spooktacular

Oct. 31: Cedar Springs Halloween Spooktacular will be held on Tuesday, October 31st. Trick or Treating in downtown area businesses will be from 5 to 6:30 pm. Apple Cider and Donut holes will be at the Fire Station. Maps to be handed out at the Cedar Springs Public Library. Residential Trick or Treating is from 5 to 8 pm. Put on by the Cedar Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. #43

Annual Fall Bazaar

Nov. 4: Faith Lutheran Church, 2957 S. Grow Rd. (corner of Grow & Sidney Rds.), Sidney, is hosting their annual Fall Bazaar on Saturday, November 4th from 9:30 am to 2 pm. There will be homemade cookies by the pound, quilts that are made by our church ladies, crafts, lunch available. Come, bring your friends, eat with us and enjoy our bazaar! #43

Card Making Craft Classes

Nov. 6: Have you ever received a cute card and wanted to try to make some of your own? You can learn how with Annette DeJong through a class offered by the Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation on November 6th. Classes are $20 and include most supplies, just bring scissors and adhesives for the projects. Registration is required by November 1st. Forms are online and at CSAPR offices. Pie Making at HCNC

Nov. 9: Join us for another enjoyable Holiday Pie Making event at Howard Christensen Nature Center! Come just as you are, we provide all the fresh ingredients, including handmade dough. You will have three different pies to take home and bake (or freeze for later). We do suggest bringing a cooler or tote to transport your pies home. Solon Center Wesleyan Holiday Bazaar

Nov. 11: Do your Christmas shopping! Saturday, November 11th from 9 am–2 pm. Delicious fresh baked goods, 100’s of hand crafted items, jewelry, and many other vendors. There’s definitely something for everyone! Rolls & coffee and a lunch counter are also available. The church is located @ 15671 Algoma Avenue, just north of 19 Mile Road.
