Science Rocks!
Jan. 14: Explore earth science with hands-on activities. Become a detective and learn the skills geologists use to identify rocks. Take a journey through the rock cycle as if you were a rock yourself. Experiment with how meteorites create craters and use the magnetic force of the Earth to see who can make the longest magnetic chain. Create a piece of “rock-ing” art to take home, too. Saturday, January 14th at 10:30 am at the Nelson Township/Sand Lake KDL, 88 Eighth St. #1
