Emilee Pastoor was named October Student Athlete of the Month for the Equestrian Team.  Emilee is the daughter of Rob & Sarah Pastoor.   She is one of the top scoring riders for the season and the high scoring rider for the Region C Meet.  Coach Ream comments “Emilee has been  a huge asset to the team.  She is very versatile and willing to try  anything  for the sake of the team.  She and her pony “Sky” are an amazing team, trying everything from showmanship to speed classes this year.”  Emilee  also has a 3.89 GPA and is a member of the NHS.

Dallas Mora was named the October Student Athlete of the Month for Boys Cross-Country.  Dallas is the son of Lee & Shelli Mora.  Coach Lacy comments “Dallas has put in more work in this season than anyone I have ever coached in my two years at Cedar Springs.  He ran almost every day all summer long and has been rewarded for it. Improved from 17:45 last year to 16:36 already this year.  He is a perfect example of how hard work can triumph over talent.  I am very proud of what he has accomplished so far this season.” Dallas also runs track at Cedar Springs and is a member of the ALC.
