Suspects break into party store

_N-Breaking-and-entering-Howard-CityHoward City Police are searching for information on a break-in at a party store in Howard City Sunday.

According to Howard City Police Chief Steve DeWitt, suspect(s) broke into RJ’s Liquor Store, 214 S. Ensley, sometime in the evening of September 15 or early morning September 16. They smashed in the glass front door to gain entry, then stole about 50 cartons of cigarettes, 10 DVDs, and about 25 bottles of liquor.

The police ask that if the public has any information or is suspicious of anyone in possession of the stolen property that they contact the Howard City Police Department at 231-937-4311.
