A Cedar Springs man was hospitalized Sunday after the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a car.

According to the Montcalm County Sheriff Department, the accident occurred about 4:40 p.m. Sunday, August 11, in Eureka Township. Denny Walter, 32, was heading southbound on S. Greenville Road, when a 2011 GMC driven by Karen Burkholder, 58, of Gowen, pulled out of the Petersen Oil parking lot to head north on S. Greenville Road.
