5th Grade and 8th Grade Receive Principal Awards

The Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, and CTA Superintendent/School Leader Dan George presented the “Principal Award” in award ceremonies held in CTA’s auditorium on Friday, May 31 .  This award is issued to one student from the exiting grade in each middle school and each elementary school in the State of Michigan.
Autmn E. Shelagowski, an eighth grader, and Zoe M. Lehman, a fifth grader, have been selected by Mr. George to receive the “Principal’s Award” for special recognition in  “Making a Difference in the Things that Matter,” and making a significant contribution to the quality of life we so highly value at the Academy.
Autumn is the daughter of Danita Baker and Zoe is the daughter of Matthew and Holly Lehman. The Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, and CTA are proud to recognize Autumn and Zoe for their extraordinary accomplishments.
