Gleaner Grand Arbor Educational Seminar

Annual Spring Bazaar

Mar. 23: Mamrelund Church’s Annual Spring Bazaar is on Saturday, March 23 from 9 am to 2 pm. There will be over 35 vendors, concessions & bake sale. Barrier free building. Scouting for Food 

Mar. 23: Cedar Springs Cub Scout Pack 3220 is participating in Scouting for Food and will be collecting food donations Saturday, March 23 at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church at 140 S. Main St. They will be collecting non-perishable food items from 9 am to 1 pm. If you would like to donate and need the items picked up, please call 616-788-8684. All food donations will go to the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church’s food pantry to aid local families. Thank you for your support! #12


Girl Scout Cookie Booths

Mar. 23,24/Apr. 6,7: It’s that time of year again!  Cookie Booths can be found on March 23 at the Sand Lake/Nelson Township Public Library (10 am – 2 pm),  the Meat Shack (11 am – 5 pm) and Burger King (9 am – 3 pm) on M57 in Greenville, the First Congregational Church of Greenville on March 24 (10 am – 1pm), Leppinks in Howard City on April 6 & 7(10 am – 2 pm). #12


Free Tax Preparation

Mar. 29: Free Tax Preparation on Friday, March 29th from 10 am – 12:30 pm at The Springs Church, located on the corner of Oak & Grant in Cedar Springs. Clients will be seen on a first com, first serve basis. This free tax service is available for low to middle income households. This service is being provided through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. #12


Easter Celebration for Children

Mar. 30: An Easter EGG-Stravangaza will be held on Saturday, March 30th from 1- 2:30 pm at the Solon Center Wesleyan Church. All children 10 years and under are invited to attend. There’ll be games, candy, prizes, snacks and a special Easter presentation. Two bicycles will be given away as grand prizes. Free Easter Egg Hunt

Mar. 30: Bring your children to our Easter Egg Hunt at Howard Christensen Nature Center, 16190 Red Pine Drive, Kent City on Saturday March 30th from 10 am to 1 pm. Age groups 3 and under, 4 to 7 and 8 to 11. The hunt starts PROMPTLY at 10 am for 3 years and under, 11:15 am for 4 to 7 year olds, and 12:15 for 8 to 11 year olds.Bring a basket or we will have extras. Event takes place in our Prairie.
