Kathy and Rex Bremmer, of E. Maple Street in Cedar Springs, had some unusual visitors stop by for a visit earlier this month.
“The latest visitors to our feeders were much larger than normal. Seventeen turkeys suddenly appeared, enjoying a lunch of cracked corn my husband Rex had tossed down for the doves, cardinals and squirrels. They lingered a long time, flying off only when startled by a passing truck. We’re curious to know if they’ll be back,” she said.
