Christmas Musical at the Kent Theatre

Nov. 29-Dec. 2: The Cedar Springs Theatre Association’s presents “Bah Humbug! Scrooge’s Christmas Carol.” Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 29-Dec. 1 and 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2 at the Kent Theatre, which is located in downtown Cedar Springs. Tickets will be $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under and are available at the Cedar Springs Public Library, Alpha Omega Coffee and Games shop, or by calling 616-696-SHOW. #46-48p

 

Senior Christmas Potluck Dinner

Resurrection Lutheran Bazaar

Christmas Tour of Homes

Dec. 1: The Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township presents the 2012 Christmas Tour of Homes on Sat. Dec. 1 from 12:30 to 4:30pm. Tickets are $10 in advance at the Library or at Kindel & Company. Tickets the day of the event are $12. Ticket price includes one Christmas ornament. There will also be a reception following at the Library from 4:30 to 5:30 pm with door prize drawings. Dinner at the Legion

Dec. 3: The American Legion, 80 S. Main St. Cedar Springs, is hosting a meat loaf dinner on Monday, December 3, from 5 – 7 pm. This meal is a customer appreciation special. All dinners are $7, children 17 and under $3. Take out is available. #46

 

DNR Deer Check at Red Flannel Rod & Gun Club

Gingerbread Lane

Cossin Fund Christmas Distribution

Dec. 7: Due to the generosity of the late Evelyn Cossin, there are limited funds available to assist families in need for Christmas. Christmas concert at the Kent Theatre

Dec. 8: Spend quality time with the family and show some Christmas spirit while supporting a good cause by attending a Christmas Concert at the Kent Theatre in downtown Cedar Springs on Saturday, December 8, at 4 p.m. All the proceeds from the concert will be going to the Kent Theatre for their Digital Projector Fund. There will also be a bake sale that day. Admission is $3, or $10 per family (parents and their children $17 and under). #48

 

Winter Adaptations of Animals!

Dec. 9: Discover the basic “Three” winter adaptions of animals in Michigan winters. Find where they sleep hibernate, and see if we can find some animal tracks. Enjoy the winter be being active, learning of new awesome animal environments. Bundle up for the outdoors, then come inside for hot chocolate and goodies! Sunday, December 9 from 2 – 4 pm.
