A small crowd gathered at Veterans Park in Cedar Springs Monday, November 12, despite the cold, windy, weather, to honor our veteran military personnel.

Pastor Craig Carter served as Master of Ceremonies. Pastor Mary Ivanov did the opening prayer and Pastor Craig Owens offered the closing prayer of blessing for the veterans. Colonel Tom Noreen gave the Veteran’s Day address.

Also contributing was the Cedar Springs Glen Hill American Legion Post #287 Honor Guard, and the Kent County Honor Guard. Ethan Sommer played taps.
