
Cedar Springs City Manager Thad Taylor said that guests would include the American Legion Glen Hill Post #287 Color Guard, the Kent County Honor Guard, Pastor Craig Carter as emcee, Pastor Mary Ivanov to do opening prayer, Colonel Tom Noreen will give the Veteran’s Day address, Pastor Craig Owens will give the closing prayer of remembrance and blessing, and the Cedar Springs High School band will also be in attendance.
“It’s important for any community to do this,” remarked Taylor. “We need to remember what the veterans have done for us.”
The public is invited to attend.
