The Kent County Sheriff Department is looking for a man they believe broke into three hair salons in Belmont Monday evening, July 9. They took three separate breaking and entering complaints at 2350 and 2355 Belmont Center DR NE. The suspect pictured here was captured on surveillance footage, and police are asking help in identifying him.
