Annual Church Garage Sale
Mar. 17: The annual church garage sale to support Rockford Reformed Church Youth Ministries will be held Saturday March 17 from 9 am to 3 pm. Money raised from this sale will go towards supporting the summer mission trips to Alabama for disaster relief work. The church is located at 4890 Eleven Mile Rd. Rockford. Dinner at the Legion
Mar. 19: American Legion, 80 Main St. Cedar Springs, is hosting a pork chop dinner on Monday, March 19 from 5 – 7 pm. Included will be mashed potatoes, baked beans, veggies, rolls, dessert and drink. All dinners are $9, children $4. Take out is available. #11

Cedar Springs High School Variety Show
Mar. 22: The annual Cedar Springs High School Variety Show will be held in the High School auditorium at 7 pm on Thursday March 22nd. The “Montage 2012” as it is being referred to has a $4 admission at the door, kids 10 years and under are free. A portion of admission will be applied to the Audra Brownell Scholarship. #11
Auditions for Upcoming Original Play
Mar. 22,24: Auditions for the upcoming original play, Thanks for All You Do, will be held at the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church, 140 S. Main St., Cedar Springs, on Thurs. Mar. 22 from 6:30 to 9 pm and on Saturday March 24 from 9:30 am – 12 noon. This play is written and directed by Scott Phillips and this will be its first performance. Practices will begin in early April and continue until performances on the last two weekends in May. The cast includes men and women of various ages. Come and try out…don’t be shy.
