Southern Gospel Singing

Feb. 11: Come to a night of “Southern Gospel Singing” by the RoyalHeirs, a Gospel Music Quartet, 7 pm at Courtland-Oakfield United Methodist Church, 10295 Myers Lake Ave. NE, about 1 ½ miles south of M-57. 3rd – 6th Grade Youth Volleyball Clinics

Feb. 11: These programs are offered by the Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation Department and run by the MS and HS Volleyball coaches. The program will help players develop their skills through a variety of drills and games. 3rd-4th grades are Saturdays from 9-10:30 am beginning Feb. 11th and running for 6 weeks at a cost of $40. The 5th-6th grades will be on Wed. nights from 7-8:30 pm beginning Feb. 15th and will run for 7 weeks at a cost of $45. Digital Photography Class

Feb. 11: A digital photography calls will be offered by the Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation on Sat. Feb. 11th at the CS Middle School. Pre-registration is required. Love Your Pet Sale

Feb. 11: The Tri County Country 4H Club will be selling homemade treats for your pets. We will have a petting zoo! And, for a donation we will take a picture of you and your special pet! Items include dog biscuits, chicken treats, cat grass and more. Sat. Feb. 11 at the Tractor Supply on 17 Mile in Cedar Springs from 9 am – 2 pm.  #6

TOPS weight loss support group

Feb. 14: Take off pounds sensibly (TOPS), a non-profit weight loss sport group for men and women, meets every Tuesday at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Your first visit is free so come check out what TOPS can do to help you reach your weight loss goals! Exercise 8-8:30am (optional), weigh-ins from 8:30am–9am and the meeting starts at 9:15am. In case of inclemeent weather, meetings are cancelled if Tri-County or Cedar Sporings schools are closed. Call Martha at 696-1039 for more information. #6

 

Swiss Steak Dinner

Feb. 15: The East Nelson United Methodist Church will be serving Swiss Steak with mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade desserts on Wed. Feb. 15th from 5 – 7 pm. the cost of the meal is by donation. Come join us!! If you have any questions, please contact the church at 616-696-0661.  #5,6p

 

Senior Luncheon

Feb. 16: Come have a great lunch and hear a great speaker for only $5. The luncheon is at Courtland Township Hall and reservations are due by noon on Tuesday, Feb. 14th, by calling Cedar Springs Area Parks and Recreation at 616-696-7320.  #6

 

Lions Club Pancake Breakfast

Feb. 18: The Cedar Springs Lions Club is hosting a pancake breakfast every third Saturday of each month January thru April. Come to the Cedar Springs United Methodist Church located on the corner of Main & Church Streets on Saturday Jan. 21 from 7 am to 11 am, for an all-you-can-eat breakfast including pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice and coffee. Adults $6.00, Seniors $5.00, Children under 12 free. Proceeds to assist sight conservation.  #6

 

Pancake Breakfast – HCNC Fund Raiser
