TOPS weight loss support group
Sept. 13: Take off pounds sensibly (TOPS), a non-profit weight loss support group for men and women, meets every Tuesday at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Sand Lake. Your first visit is free so come check out what TOPS can do to help you reach your weight loss goals! Exercise 8-8:30am (optional), weigh-ins from 8:30am – 9am and the meeting starts at 9:15am. When the Library Lights Go Out – a stuffed animal sleepover
Sept. 15: Bring your stuffed friend to a special pajama storytime and leave it for a sleepover at the Spencer Township library on Thursday, September 15 at 6:30pm. Museum open house
Sept. 17: After many years of planning, building and arranging, the addition to the Cedar Springs Historical Museum is ready for dedication! The celebration is from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 17, at Morley Park in Cedar Springs. Admission is free. Boy Scout Troop 222 will provide a lunch of pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans and a drink for $6.00. #36
