Missing man found

Donald Kaiser has alzheimer's and has been missing since 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.

UPDATE: The missing man with Alzheimer’s was found this evening in Lowell and he is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY:

An 82-year-old man with Alzheimer’s went missing from his Cannon Township home this afternoon. Donald Edward Kaiser left his house at 8356 Atlanta Dr NE about 1:30 p.m. He is about 5-foot 9-inches tall, 150 pounds, with gray hair and glasses. He was wearing a long-sleeved blue-white checkered shirt and blue jeans. He was driving a 2007 Ford Edge, charcoal gray in color, license plate 0JXJ12. He has not driven in two years, is confused, and will not be able to find his way back home. Please call the Kent County Sheriff Department at 616-636-6357 or 911 with any information.
