Two Cedar Springs grads were sent to the hospital Monday when the car they were traveling in collided with a pick up trick on.
Brooke VanLangen and Brittany Hilyer, both 2010 CSHS graduates, were traveling south on Plainfield near Five Mile about 2:18p.m. on Monday, November 8, when a northbound pickup truck collided with the Pontiac Grand Am they were traveling in.
Both girls were sent to the hospital with serious injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
The Kent County Sheriff Department, Plainfield Fire and Life EMS all responded to the scene.
